How to prepare for autumn?
Dealing with the prognosis for the autumn exacerbation of the situation regarding Covid-19
If you follow the media, ever since the spring and the beginning of the appearance of the Covid-19 virus in the world and in Croatia, a difficult autumn and worsening of the situation is being announced.
If you follow renowned scientists and epidemiologists who analyze the virus and its behavior, or domestic and world astrologers, who monitor the impact of the planets on our Earth and population, you will hear the same thing. We are expecting a worsening in the fall – a stronger and heavier wave, which will certainly last until the end of the year.
Is it a self-fulfilling prophecy or a natural course of virus activity or something third? In any case, all indicates that new restrictions are being prepared for us at the beginning of the autumn.
Therefore I’ll try to give you some tips on how to best prepare, to be ready for autumn and to easily weather this year to the end.
First of all, act responsibly and follow the instructions of the experts and the Headquarters. Keep a distance, wear masks as prescribed, wash and disinfect your hands. Furthermore, whenever symptoms appear that may indicate Covid-19, consult a physician and adhere to self-isolation. Do not travel without a valid and unavoidable reason, do not visit places where large gathering take place.
I know, it’s hard for you, you’re worried and you’ve had enough. But we need to get through this year somehow. Remember, the Spanish flu also lasted a year and a half, and once it was over a long time passed until the next pandemic, that is, this current one. This will also come to an end.
How can Bach flower essences help?
For starters, I’m giving you few recommendations of Bach flower essences that help a lot in these difficult times.
Impatiens – for all those who are impatient and count the days until the end of restrictions and pandemics.
Willow – for self-pity, “poor me”, “why is this happening to me”, “why is this affecting me”, for resentment.

You can choose up to seven essences from this list, which can be taken as a personal combination. Take essences four times a day or more as needed. Keep in mind that we are all different and that we react differently to stress. So different people react differently in the same situation and under the same circumstances. You have the opportunity to see it all around you. While some wear masks, disinfect their hands and faithfully follow all precautions, others refuse to wear masks, protest and are not afraid of the virus. Others advocate conspiracy theories and “don’t believe” in the virus. So statements can often be heard that someone believes or does not believe that a virus exists. I’m just going to give you one little piece of advice here – don’t protest against the virus, so that you don’t find out the hard way that the virus exists. You are free to keep your opinion on whether the virus is real or not. Because, how do you explain to virus sufferers and their families that the virus is non-existent? Adherence to conspiracy theories is not a sure way to protect your health and the health of others. Remember – others depend on your behavior too! Therefore, if you already think that everything is a conspiracy theory, think a little about others and stick to the measures that are prescribed.
How can Schuessler salts help?
Autumn is approaching and we all need to work on our immunity. So my recommendation remains the same, as long as this pandemic lasts, here are the salts you need to take:
Ferrum phosporicum D12 – for enhancing immunity, for the first degree of the disease, for the prevention of sore throat and cough, for temperatures up to 38.6°C.
Kalium chloratum (muriaticum) D6 – to strengthen the lungs and prevent the progression of disease into the second stage.
Natrium chloratum (muriaticum) D6 – to prevent dry cough (it’s also beneficial if you are allergic to ragweed, have teary eyes, sneeze, etc.). Caution: People suffering from high blood pressure should not take more than 7 tablets a day of this salt!
Zincum muriaticum (chloratum) D12 – for immunity
Selenium D12 – virus prevention, for immunity
Schuessler salts are suitable for the whole family, regardless of age, and should be taken daily. Children usually take half the adult dose. For adults, it is recommended to take 10 tablets a day of each of these salts, from now until the end of the year, or to the end these pandemics. However, be sure to contact your physician or pharmacists before you start taking these preparations yourself. It is important to consult with qualified professionals, because this method also applies to the rule that all people react differently, so it is necessary to consider what would be the optimal dose for you, and if there are any limiting factors in taking Schuessler’s salts (for babies, pregnant women, chronically ill).
How can homeopathy help?

Arsenicum album – for panic and fear of the virus, for people who wash their hands in panic, feel various sensations in the body and immediately think of the worst, who rush to the doctor for every symptom and have panic fear of this virus. This type of person does not tolerate being alone, especially in the evening and at night, so he seeks company to feel safer. Worsening of all symptoms occurs from midnight to 3 o’clock in the morning. He drinks water in small sips. They do not like to take medication, they are afraid of infection, toxins, suffocation, poisoning, and food (due to allergies and intolerances).
Bryonia – the first choice for dry cough and dizziness. The person who needs Bryonia is very afraid of the future and fears financial problems, running his own business, losing his job and possible problems around his financial existence.
Phosphorus – a remedy for lung problems. The person, to whom this remedy responds is very sensitive and delicate, likes to travel, likes salty, is always thirsty and drinks very cold water. The Phosphorus type of person finds it very difficult to tolerate these restrictions because the Phosphorus type likes to hang out and the most important things in his life are his friends, going out and socializing. These are people who are currently suffering because they can’t travel, because they can’t go to parties and hang out with their friends. These are people who, even during the biggest restrictions, run away from home to see their friends at least for a short amount of time or to have a beer or coffee with them, at least on a park bench (if the cafes are not working).
